Error message in terminal reads
"Kernel driver is active, or device is claimed by second instance of librtlsdr.
In the first case, please either detach or blacklist the kernel module
(dvb_usb_rtl28xxu), or enable automatic detaching at compile time.
RTLSDRInput::openDevice: could not open RTLSDR #0: Device or resource busy"
This device works with other SDR software not installed on snap. It worked once, and only once, for reasons I have been unable to determine.

Try blacklisting the dvb_usb_rtl28xxu driver. See: https://sdrangel.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1004#p1004
