A complex project I am sure, but a nice to have would be Inmarsat reception on 1.5 GHz. In particular a navigational information feed would be superb.

Are you referring to Inmarsat STD-C messages, or something else?

Navigation information, I understand Navtex is relayed over Inmarsat as well as a host of other useful info.

In further reply its the EGC messages that are of real interest, but, I am sure that is wider interest in all STD-C messages.
