I just downloaded and installed 7.15.1 and this issue now seems to be resolved. Previously, I was unable to add both a TX and RX module from the Pluto (as opposed to a single MIMO module) - the program would crash. I can now add both and the PTT plugin recognizes and utilizes them correctly.
