Allright, thanks for the help. I would like to get to the identification of the station (which is using pulse pairs at a fixed rate of 1350pp/s) in morse.
I've ordered myself a HackRF which should have a theoretically max sample rate of 20MSPS. Reading about it, it seems 16MSPS is realistic to achieve. I hope that will be enough.

Something is still off with the trigger and one shot trigger functionality in the scope. The scope does not seem to trigger on the set trigger level.
