RTL-SDR v4 not available under Select sampling device

RTL-SDR v4 not available under Select sampling device

I'm running Windows 11 and SDRangel v7.22.0, RTLSDR shows up under Device user arguments but under Select sampling device it''s not there.

SDR# and SDR++ both work fine, they are not open when opening SDRangel, I have placed the latest RTL SDR drivers in the SDRangel folder also but still nothing, any ideas?
