What are the I/O values for GPIO 0 ?

Post by on5jef »

Hi,

Recently, I have modded my three Adalm Pluto with a PTT switch on GPIO_0.
Checked with SDRconsole, the PTT work perfectly.
My problem :
Anybody know what are the "magic values" to put in the GPIO cases ?
I'm talking about "GPIO mask bits" and "GPIO value bits"
In documentation, you can specify a value between 0x00 to 0xFF.
I have try 00,01,30,FF …. for the TX and RX but nothing responding.
I suppose The mask is the " adress" and the value bit is the "state" of the GPIO
So : for RX: 00/00 and for TX: 00/01... ?
(Ok , i must admit : i'm not a "Hexa" Guru :)

If somebody have an idea or solution , thank by advance !

My config is :
Win11 pro (V.23H2)
Pluto (REV.B)
Firmware F5OEO beta-20241205T080541Z-001
SDRangel: V.7.22.0

I'd don't think this is currently supported for the Pluto at the moment. (gpioPins and gpioDir don't appear to be in the Pluto settings).

Hello Srcejon,
Thank you for this info.
In this case do you think there is a way via a script under windows to make the PTT command ( Python or semething like that) ?
Not sure ...

Anyway,
Thank you for this excellent piece of software and MERRY Christmas !!

Cheers!
JF.

I don't know.

As a reminder if I get to come back to it in the future, GPIO pins are in docs here: https://wiki.analog.com/university/tool ... ling_gpios
